So, Can Tarot Cards Predict Love? For Real?
A question that we are often asked is “Can Tarot Cards Predict Love?” Sometimes that question will come from a would-be client and sometimes from someone starting out to learn the tarot.
Experienced readers will already know the answer but for beginners in particular the answer will not be so clear. They do not yet have the experience to trust the cards and what they can do.
Yes, Tarot Readings Can Indeed Predict Love, But…
Perhaps not surprisingly, the short answer is that they definitely can but there are some caveats. And that is where the “But…” in the section title comes into play.
Those caveats can be overcome with a little consideration, but they can make or break a tarot reading conducted without it. So, what are the caveats?
The First Caveat to Predicting Love Using Tarot Cards
The first, and probably the foremost, is that how you phrase the question is critical to obtaining useful and accurate predictions. I really can’t overstress this point. Let me explain…
Look at it this way: “Will I find love?” could easily have the answer “Yes!” But if you ask the question as “Will I find love this year?” the answer might well be “No.”
So, if you ask the questions the first way and then you don’t find love this year, you are going to think the tarot is inaccurate.
The truth, however, would be that you just asked the question in the wrong way. There are ways around this for sure. You could ask:
“Will I find love this year?”
“Will I find love next year?”
“Will I find love in the next few years?”
If the answer that you get from the tarot question “Will I find love this year?” is a “No” then rephrase your question. Ask if you are likely to find it next year and so on.
Or you could follow up with a question that determines the “when” part of the question, but that’s really for the more experienced reader. Timings are very fickle and very fragile. And that brings me to the second main caveat.
Once you get a definitive yes to a time frame – then you can move on from there, perhaps asking questions like “What do I need to do to find love quickly?” or “How can I make sure that I am ready to find love?” etc.
Some tarot spreads will address timing directly but they can be a little overwhelming to beginners who may simply be asking the question of a single card or the simple three card spread.
And the Second Caveat to Predicting Love with Tarot Cards
Another thing that seems to be very hard for some of us to really understand is that the future is not set in stone. People make choices and so there are always options. We still always have to “do our part.”
That’s a biggie for some people as it is so contrary to the way Hollywood, etc. tends to portray it. If you sit indoors and never go out it is unlikely that a true love will find you. It’s not impossible, of course, but it’s not very likely!
It is possible to destroy any given timeline for finding a true love by making a wrong choice. The tarot and spirit expect you to do your part and so their help given through the cards is based on you and the most likely choices you will make.
The wrong choice or choices in question are likely to be ones that are out of character or perverse.
In short, be smart and play your part as best as you can in this difficult world of choices we live in. Tarot readings do not predict an absolute future but a possible one.
You Do the Reading and Get an Answer. So, What Then?
Once you get a definitive yes and a time frame then you can move on from there, perhaps asking questions like “What do I need to do to find love more quickly?” or “How can I make sure that I am ready to find love?” etc.
Love sometimes is waiting for you when you’ve just sprained your ankle and a kind soul helps you up. Or when you have to argue with the tax office. Keep an open mind.
Incidentally, it is unlikely you will ever get a categoric “No.”
But Can Tarot Cards Predict Love Accurately and Helpfully?
Absolutely they can! The method to do so and to receive useful information is literally mostly in the way that you do the asking.
